LEO VINCI

Managing Director

Leo has over 30 years of management and operational experience in the mining, construction, and quarrying industries. His knowledge also extends to residential and commercial developments.

Currently, Leo is active in board advisory and has built strong relationships over his working career which he continues to develop and maintain.

Leo has been instrumental in founding the Stoneridge Foundation and is proud to support organisations that work tirelessly on improving health outcomes.

ROB VINCI

Shareholder

Rob has 40 years experience in a wide range of civil, infrastructure and agricultural management. Rob also has extensive experience in design and construction of cement block plant and machinery maintenance.

ANGELO VINCI

Shareholder

Angelo has 40 years experience in operational and commercial management of quarry and infrastructure projects. Angelo also has extensive experience in dewatering and canal waterfront developments.

JOE TROPIANO

Shareholder

Joe has 40 years operational experience in a wide range of civil and infrastructure management. Joe also has extensive experience in land development and expertise in subdivisions.

JENNI CANGEMI

Finance Manager/Executive Assistant

Jenni is the Finance Manager for the Stoneridge Group responsible for all the accounting and administration functions across the varied operations of the Group. She is also the Executive Assistant to the Managing director.
Jenni has been with the Group for over a decade and has developed a wealth of knowledge in all operational aspects.
Jenni has 25 years accounting and administration experience within the construction industry. Jenni graduated with a BBus(Acc) BBus(Mgt) ECowan.

FRANK BORRELLO

Development Manager

Frank has more than 40 years’ experience in property and land administration matters. He consults to Stoneridge on a broad range of complex property matters including land tenure, detailed document registration, subdivisions, strata titling, easement creation, restrictive covenants and town planning issues.

Frank’s significant practical experience in complex property matters makes him a valued member of the Stoneridge property team and he is well regarded by our clients within the property sector, particularly in Western Australia.

MICHELLE VLAHOS

Accounts Administration Clerk

Michelle has over 20 years experience in Operations; including Executive Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and Business Development across a variety of Industries. Michelle works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure all finance and administration needs of the business are met.

GEORGE PAMPACOS

Business Advisor

George specialises in taxation advice, strategic planning, business consulting and business structuring. He has significant expertise and a particular interest in providing tailored advice for family businesses, sportspeople, aged care and property transactions.

George is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Registered Company Auditor, and a Registered Tax Agent.
